Buying Condos
Condos offer many advantages over single family detached houses. Condos offer an excellent solution for the Salt Lake home buyer who doesn't have a lot of time or desire to do yardwork and home maintenance. A homeowner fee usually ranges from $50 -$200 a month in SLC.
