A top real estate website to feature Your Listings
You can also feature your listings on your city page. I can syndicate a feed that will be displayed on homes4saleinutah.com. This gives your listings extra exposure to people searching homes in your local market. Using Postlets gives them attractive listing display with rotating photos and easy access for more information. You simply copy the <html> code into your blog, and it will appear on the feed in my website.

I will also include your photo, phone number, email address, website link, and real estate brokerage displayed on the city page as the "Featured Agent." Even if they aren't interested in searching homes for sale, they will see your advertisement
What Does it Cost to get set up?
Setting up the profile, and blog feed is currently free. You pay only for the leads my site actually generates for you. Payments will be made monthly and you can pay by credit card through paypal or simply mail me a check. This isn't a huge program or website. I am just one person who has happened to have great success through online real estate lead generation. I'm just starting to attempt to get the mass program going.
What does it take to qualify for this program?
Utah Realtor - Obviously you have to be a licenced Utah Real Estate Agent. You also have to be willing to work with buyers, and have a system to maintain a large database of incoming buyers. Approximately 1 in 5 online real estate searchers will buy within a year and about 80% of buyers use the first agent who contacts them. The catch is that it will take 8 months for the average internet buyer to actually buy. Internet buyer leads usually require a slow consistent effort to convert to clients. Some leads will buy from you immediately, others will receive listings from you for two years before ever contacting you.
Real Estate Website - I can also provide you with a custom website for your specialty area. I can get you excellent rates on hosting through:
Update a Blog - You will need to provide atleast one new blog post each month. This could be a new featured listing, market condition updates, or something else Real Estate or Utah Related.
Minimum of $100 per month - If you would like leads, you have to be willing to pay atleast $100 a month for them. (At this point I'm not sure if you'll even get 20 leads a month, but depending on the city you specialize in, there will soon be plenty of leads to share. If you only get 5 real leads in the month you'll only pay $25 etc. If you don't want to recieve leads but just want to be featured, you can do that as well as long as you maintain a blog that talks about homes for sale and market conditions in your area.
If you just want to be featured, and provide listings and market condition feeds I will simply feature you for free. I value by getting unique content for my website. You value by getting added exposure.
