Condos offer many advantages over single family detached houses. Condos offer an excellent solution for the Bountiful home buyer who doesn't have a lot of time for yardwork and home maintenance. Home Owners Insurance on condominiums is also cheaper than single family homes as the exterior of condos is usually covered by the monthly HOA fee.
